Lifelong Learning
Lifelong learning is based on the belief that people are learners at every age and are entitled to pursue educational opportunities that are meaningful to them.

The Ronald M. Hubbs Center for Lifelong Learning is a program of the Saint Paul Public Schools' Community Education Department.  Educational services are available to adults who want to improve their basic skills, get a GED, get a high school diploma, prepare for employment, or learn English.  The center is located at 1030 University Avenue in Saint Paul, Minnesota.  The general phone number is (651) 290-4822 and the fax number is (651) 290-4785.




 Family Education   has an impressive track record of helping to ensure that all members of a family can benefit greatly by taking advantage of educational programs designed with multiple issues and age groups in mind. Saint Paul's five Family Education programs each provide classes, activities and resources that educate, enlighten and support family members of all ages, from newborns to seniors
