 Achievement Plus  
 Community Kindergarten   The program is designed especially for 4 and 5-year-olds who need specific educational experiences the year before kindergarten.
 Early Childhood Family Education   Saint Paul Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) offers parent and early childhood education for families with children between birth and kindergarten age.
 English Language Learners   This department provides students with English Language Acquisition instruction.

 Focus Beyond   Focus Beyond is a secondary school connecting special education, vocational education, and community agencies to provide transition planning and services for students who are 14 to 21 years old
 Guidance and Counseling  
 Instructional Services   This Office envisions high performing schools that are structured under the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 and supports the implementation of the District’s Action Plan.
 Nutrition Services   Lunch menus, food safety, nutrition information, recipes and web resources.
 Ombudsperson   Committed to fairness, the ombudsperson helps students, families, and community members resolve issues with the Saint Paul Public Schools. and community members

 School Age Child Care   Discovery Club’s mission is to provide high quality before and after school programming in a safe, fun, caring environment where children can pursue a variety of interests, learn lifelong skills, develop friendships, and grow in confidence and respect for themselves and others.
 School Readiness   The School Readiness program goal is to provide necessary services for 4 and 5-year-olds that support and enhance the development of children before kindergarten
 Student Wellness   Student Wellness provides nursing services to students to enhance educational achievement by the modification or removal of health-related barriers to learning.
